Refund Policy
At Absolute Health & Wellness, we are committed to providing exceptional service and care. Due to the nature of our offerings, including medical treatments, consultations, and prescription-based services, we maintain the following refund policy:
Consultation & Appointment Deposits

All deposits for scheduled appointments (e.g., Botox, Lip Fillers, Weight Loss Consults) are non-refundable.

Deposits may be credited toward your total service cost or rescheduled if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

No-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will forfeit the deposit.
Prepaid Services & Packages

Prepaid packages (e.g., Weight Loss Plans, Injection Bundles) are non-refundable once treatment has started.

Unused portions of a package may be credited to your account if cancellation is requested before the second visit.

Package credit must be used within 6 months from the date of issue.
Products & Prescription Medications

Due to health and safety regulations, prescription medications and supplements are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispensed or shipped.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for resolution.
