Located in Hurst, TX, Absolute Health & Wellness was born from a deep commitment to whole-body healing and a passion for helping others thrive. After 14 years of working in various healthcare settings including medical-surgical, cardiac care, occupational health, I realized that my true calling lies in health promotion and wellness.

At Absolute Health & Wellness, we focus on treating the root cause of health issues, not just the symptoms. We believe that long-term wellness starts from within.

One of the most pressing challenges today is obesity, a silent pandemic that contributes to serious health conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol. Our mission is to guide everyone toward better health through personalized medical weight loss programs, nutritional counseling, and lifestyle support.
